Elevator Pitch No.1

Elevator Pitch Text No. 1

The opportunity that I discovered was a need to help surfers get out past the breakers or the crash zone while surfing. Many people who love to surf have had to abandon the very sport they love due to the obstacle of getting out to the actual rideable waves. The older you get the more difficult it is to enjoy something you enjoy doing.

The solution that I have proposed is a zip line for surfers. It will take you from the beach to the lineup out in the ocean right through all of the waves and dangerous rip currents. No more paddling to catch the wave of your life. People who snow ski use lifts, hopefully surfers will be using zip lines.

  1. Hey James, I really like your delivery of your business concept and I also think that this concept could really get more people to begin to surf, I know I would. You seem very confident in your delivery, good job. If you want, you can check out my elevator pitch at http://tristansentblog.blogspot.com/2016/02/elevator-pitch-no1.html.

  2. I absolutely love your delivery of the pitch. What threw me off a bit a the beginning was the info about the surfers; the median age was a good reference but I don't know why the income of surfers is useful to know as a potential investor of this product because it seems unrelated. I do love your product idea!! It seems very interesting and could be something that can come in future years. Great job :) Check out my pitch! http://lovetravellives.blogspot.com/2016/02/elevator-pitch-no-1.html

  3. As someone who also surfs I would love to use this product! It is a challenging aspect to try to get around and and that's a really innovative way to fix it. Potential consumers would also be northerners that come to the beach to surf. Other consumers would be people who are just learning to surf that are intimidated by the surf. http://kathrynfarr.blogspot.com/2016/02/elevator-pitch-no1.html
